Seat Belts
The buckles in my stock seat belts are not holding, and I want to put shoulder belts in the rear bench seat. I would prefer to keep a stock look, but I don't want any compromise on safety. Anyone have any good references on UK or US suppliers?
The car is question is a 70 R/T Charger, stock black interior, bucket seats with separate lap and shoulder belts.

If you are not fussy about exact 1970 Charger spec type belts have a look at www.jcwhitney.com
They do old style lap/shoulder belts or more modern retractable types for around $20 a set if I remember right.
If you want a good restoration on your belts have a look at http://www.ssnake-oyl.com/ as they will take your belts and completely re-build them.

A UK based repairer of seatbelts is

I bought nissan patrol once where a dog had chewed up one of the belts, this place installed new webbing to it. Even matched the colour.
not sure if they can fix buckles etc, but that may be easy to repair or replace from a junkyard.
