Those pix have clinched it, mild kustom is the way to go and in my view you can forget the satin black...that car needs proper flake! :thumbright:

Being it has managed 53 years without getting cut about (by the look of things) Why not get one that's already had a bit of customising :thumbright:

I know what you mean Bish, I suggested leaving it well alone, due to its originality, but as Trig said, I think Uncle Fester's already made up his mind to rod it.

Anyway, there's always this one: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... SS:GB:1123

An ideal keep it original car...

hi all
getting there with savoy SLOWLEY
in the middle of fitting dual circit brakes
used a 1970 mopar master cylinder and it bolted straight up to orignal four studs ,going to stick with the drums till i get some calipers
got a set of moon'eyes gauges oil / temp / amp / fuel fitting them in orignal holes in dash
hope to get the 318 in soon :thumbright:

quick update , got the corronet dual circit master cylinder on and working
also modified a W2 air gap inlet to fit , just needed a bit of ally welding and port matching / redrilling bolt holes :D :D
