I do have to say I am staying stock on our other car ,

I dont trust MSD either I keep a spare , and the tach wont work :roll: but a small after market one will ,they are a real pia FOR SURE :x

My MSD was always kept in the car, can't believe how many reported failures.....

Mine was mounted on rubber isolation bushes, always a good earth & clean positive feed

Pete, my Charger has a 6AL on it (not digital). Do you want to borrow that as a test as that does work (Ex Paul Knight race car).

Geez guys the amount you spend on this sort of thing you could have installed a high end ignition system and upgraded to injection at the same time!

If you want I can ask one of our neighbours if they have a spare Pi Delta box lying around from one of the F1 or Indy teams, probably about the same price at this point :roll:

There are about 150 different aftermarket ignitions out there, there must be at least one that works!
