Back to fabricating chit this week. Radiator top panel was the wrong shape for my needs, it was too low at the ends and too high in the middle, I needed low and straight so I'm in the process a fabbing a new one, the reasons for this will become clear later on. The centre section unbolts to make getting the engine out a lot easier.

Anyone care to hazard a guess as to what I made this wacky piece of architecture for?

Hah, hardly! I'm in charge of a busy commercial workshop with around 150 vehicles under my control, they break down and get smashed up on a daily basis so it's hectic. I work 6 till 2 weekdays and occasional Saturdays as well. On weekdays I work 2 till 5.30 on the car, I'm very organised and motivated and work reasonably quickly if I get no interruptions. Evenings I do whatever "normal"stuff needs doing. Weekends I work on the house and try to get in a bit of leisure time. It can be done, if you want it enough...
