Where are you planning to run this thing ? (serious question)
Is it now heading more in a Bonneville direction than a Santa-Pod direction ?

Next up radiator engine hoses
On a standard hayabusa these are the standard factory mess
so started making some stainless ones and will be using AN16 Braided lines braided lines for all coolant.
Just need to decide where to put the rad

Under-tray or some sort will need to bolt to the bottom of the chassis.
I added lots of rivet nuts to all the gussets underneath and then welded every one in so it’s 100%
Never used them before and think there quite good

SCTA rulebook says not to fill the corners of gussets. Not sure why, but that’s what it says.
I am coming to believe a 56mph speed record is harder to achieve than a 400mph one!

There not gussets there Partial tubes very different

A great design adding maximum stiffness for minimum weight to the chassis.
